चंडीगढ़, HKRN Bharti :- सरकारी नौकरी की राह देख रहे युवा अब हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम की तरफ अपना रुझान कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि सरकारी नौकरी पाना दिन-ब-दिन मुश्किल होता जा रहा है. ऐसे में सरकार द्वारा शुरू किया गया हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम युवाओं के लिए उम्मीद की एक किरण की तरह दिखाई देता है.
अस्थाई कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति करता है हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम
बता दें कि हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम (HKRN) की स्थापना Contract Jobs के लिए की थी. सरकार की मंशा थी कि हरियाणा में होने वाली कॉन्ट्रैक्ट की सभी भर्तियों को हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम के दायरे में रहकर पूरा किया जाएगा. अब तक ग्रुप सी और डी की भर्तियां हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम के तहत की जा रही थी, लेकिन अब HKRN की अस्थाई भर्तियों के नियमों में संशोधन किया जा रहा है.
यह होने वाला है बदलाव
विपक्षी दलों द्वारा तथा सोशल मीडिया पर लगातार ऐसी आवाजें उठाई जा रही थी कि हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम में भर्तियां पारदर्शी तरीके से नहीं हो रही हैं. शायद इसीलिए अब सरकार नियमों में संशोधन करने जा रही है. इसके तहत अब उम्मीदवारों को भर्ती में अनुभव के 10 अंक दिए जाएंगे. अब चयन के लिए 150 की बजाए 100 अंक निर्धारित किये जाएंगे. इसके साथ ही नई नीति में ऐसा प्रावधान किया जाएगा कि ग्रुप सी और डी के अलावा अन्य बड़े पदों पर भी HKRN के तहत भर्तियां की जा सकेंगी, लेकिन इसके लिए वित्त विभाग से अनुमति लेनी भी जरूरी होगी.
अफसर भी भर्ती होंगे हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम से
हालांकि अभी तक हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम के तहत ग्रुप सी और डी की भर्तियां ही होती थी. लेकिन अब जल्द ही अफसरों की भर्तियां भी हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम के तहत अस्थाई तौर पर की जाएगी. सामाजिक आर्थिक मापदंड के 10 अंक उन उम्मीदवारों को मिलेंगे जो अनाथ हैं. यदि आवेदक विधवा या अपने माता-पिता की पहली या दूसरी संतान है जिसके पिता की मृत्यु 42 साल से पहले हो गई थी उसे सामाजिक आर्थिक आधार पर 10 अंकों का लाभ दिया जाएगा. इसके अलावा यदि आवेदक माता-पिता की पहली या दूसरी संतान है, जिसके पिता की मृत्यु बच्चे की उम्र 15 साल पूरी करने से पहले हुई थी उसे 5 अंक दिए जाएंगे. अनुभव के अधिकतम 10 अंक प्रदान किए जाएंगे.
