Qualification for HBSE Recruitment 2023
Assistant Director (Academic) :
- M.A./M.Sc. with B.Ed. Second class in both.
- 5 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor in a Government/Government aided High/Senior Secondary School/College of Education or in a University/College.
- Retired/former Principal from Government/Private recognized institution, with communication skills in English and experience in academic matters from CBSE/HBSE will be preferred.
Assistant Director (HOS) :
- M.A./M.Sc. with B.Ed. Second class in both.
- 5 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor in a Government/Government aided High/Senior Secondary School/College of Education or in a University/College.
- Minimum 05 years experience as Principal in any Government/Private recognized institution.
- Having experience as Resource Person in any State Board/CBSE
- Must have previously worked on equivalent/equivalent post in Haryana School Education Board, Bhiwani.
