- Every test is separately timed. Exam medium is Hindi and English (English Language and Descriptive Test are in English only).
- Negative marking : 1/4th of the marks of the question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Minimum qualifying marks in Professional/Subject Knowledge and in the Descriptive Test : 40% for Unreserved and 35% for OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.
- Candidates are shortlisted for Interview/Document Verification in the ratio of 1:5 (Assistant Manager) and 1:3 (Junior Executive).
- Interview (Assistant Manager posts only) : 30 Marks. Minimum qualifying marks 50% for UR/EWS, 45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen. Final merit is made with 85% weightage of Online Exam and 15% of Interview.
- Interview/Document Verification will be held at Delhi.

- Assistant Manager (Finance) : Financial Accounting (Ind AS, GAAP, final accounts, cash flow, bank reconciliation, payroll, cost accounting), Taxation (Income Tax Act, 2025 and GST Act, 2017), Auditing (company audit, audit reports, ledger scrutiny, internal control).
- Assistant Manager (Civil) : Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering and Geomatics, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Surveying, Project Management & Planning, Concrete Technology and Prestressed Concrete.
